“From the moment I contacted Alive Network with my request for a surprise for my wife on our wedding day to the Edinburgh String Quartet completeing their set I can honestly say that I have had the most amazing customer service from start to finish. I cannot thank Graham from Alive Network and Lawrence from the Edinburgh string quartet enough. You truly did add extra sparkle to our special day. Guests at our ceremony commented on how lovely the Edinburgh String Quarter were. I will certainly be praising all aspects of my experience I have received from your company to anyone who cares to listen.”

“Dear Lawrence, The last couple of weeks have been a blur and we were away on our honeymoon but I wanted to write and say thank you so much for the wonderful music you played at our wedding. I never got the opportunity to come and speak to you on the day which is a shame but all of our guests have since commented on how much they enjoyed the music and those that did get to chat to you said how nice you were! I don't think the day could have been any more perfect (it was even sunny!) and The Edinburgh String Ensemble were an important part of making our day so special. “Our Alive coordinator was friendly and was always available to answer any questions regarding our booking. The Edinburgh String/Flute Ensemble were very professional in all areas, providing regular communication prior to the event, arriving on time and wearing appropriate attire. More importantly, their performance was exceptional. They play a wide variety of music and had no objections to playing songs out with their advertised playlist, which enabled us to personalise our wedding. This reassured us that the band were highly experienced and their performance on the day confirmed this to be the case. We would not hesitate to book this band again in the future and would certainly recommend them to others looking to create a sophisticated event. ”
